Ordering and Payment

After receiving your order we will send you an invoice by e-mail. As soon as your advance payment is in our bank account, we will ship your purchase.

 

Damage

You must inform us of any deficiency within 20 days of purchase, and the transport agent must be informed about any damage occurring in transit. Return shipments should be pre-arranged with us, and the purchaser is responsible for the cost of the return shipment.

 

Return Policy

 

For US customers, booti offers a 30-day money-back guarantee (from invoice date) on all purchases (excluding shipping costs). A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned boot shapers in perfect, unused condition. We do not accept partial returns except for damaged or deficient items. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be refunded.

 

All U.S. consumer protection laws apply to Internet trade.

 

Prices and Payment

For our most current prices, please refer directly to our online shop. In the event that new prices are posted, all earlier price offers become obsolete. The same applies for wrong prices due to print or software errors. All pricing is subject to change without prior notice.

 

For U.S. customers with SHIPPING addresses in New York State, all orders are subject to New York State sales tax. If you have a New York State Resale Certificate, please contact our sales office PRIOR to placing your order. For European customers, all prices are inclusive of VAT.

 

If any part of the sales agreement is declared invalid or incomplete, the remaining portion shall continue in full force and effect.

 

booti currently accepts payments via PayPal or via all major credit cards through PayPal. All consumer protections are according to the terms of PayPal.

 

Data Storage

Due to EDP-based bookkeeping, necessary data are stored. Business customers waive notification, according to Federal Data Protection Law.
